Very difficult to talk to the Lawyer, called and asked to make an appointment to see or talk to the lawyer but it was denied by front desk. Been told that price is 2k and I can’t meet the lawyer until they received the contract paper. I can’t hire a lawyer without see or even talk to him Add on I asked your office manager that the seller’s broker introduced me a lawyer but not sure if it is reliable.
