"The old lady working left her 3-4 dogs in the car in full sun on black top in 75 degree weather, she tried to fight me after I told her her dogs were going to get heat stroke, she said she didn't care. I watched the dogs panting for 15-20 mins and another lady walking by said they had been there for at least 10 mins before I showed up. I called the police but they didn't show up before her husband came to take the dogs. This happened around 2pm on 06/30/2019."
