"Lost mine and my family's respect. My eldery grandfather with alzhiemers was yelled at and kicked out for seemingly no reason. There was absolutely no attempt to mediate the situation. He was simply screamed at and thrown out. Mind you, he's elderly, has alzheimers, and is a war vet. He was show absolutely no respect and no understanding in the slightest. We won't be back. Fix yourselves."
