"I spent weeks trying to get a reply from this law firm, to no avail. Their website is very out of date, and they have never answered their phone or replied to messages and emails. I wasted several weeks trying to reach them at different times of the day as I was hopeful when I found a bilingual, local lawyer. I was severely disappointed and ended up going with someone much father way, but I didn't have to chase down to contact."
