"They love my dog and that makes me glad I take her here. I’ve also used them for boarding with success."
"My dog ran out of my hands and went for another dog. My dog just went to play the owners dog bit my dog and the owner grabbed mine and punched him in the head. He also blamed me for everything will not be going back to him. The owner is desperate for money hence the reason they are only open 3 days a week now I guess business is not good when you hit the customers dogs"
"Very happy. Good price. Extremely friendly staff."
"Does a good job with grooming but takes FOREVER. The last two times I have gone there, I was told grooming would take 2-3 hours. They had my dog there for SEVEN HOURS the first time, and five hours the second time. Not worth the long time they have him kept inside, certainly without water or going to the bathroom."
"We recently moved to the area and took our dog here for grooming. The place is extremely unprofessional. The worst part of the experience was the groomer cut my dog’s paw, the webbing between the toes. When I got him home I had to put his foot in cornstarch to make it stop bleeding. The cost of grooming was double what I paid in Pittsburgh. In addition, I was told when he would be ready. I went to pick him up at that time and was told that the staff had fallen behind because they lost the phone that takes payments and everyone had to stop what they were doing to look for the phone. The phone system did not work well either. Calls dropped and were hard to hear. When I called to complain that my dog was bleeding I was told the groomer would have to call me back. Avoid this place at all costs."
