I tried hiring him over the summer to help me with getting my fathers will probated, he told me he was sending out the retainer paperwork and he never did. "I wish I could rate zero. John was supposed to be representing both us and my fiance's brother in buying his home. He at first said he could, and that it would be a simple process. Over the course of our time working with him however, he would seldom reply to any of the women in the email chain, including our lenders, which immensely slowed our entire process down. When confronted about his behavior, John became hostile, and even more distant. He told us we would need the title search and survey, said he would order it, then told us it would take about 3 weeks. Then today we come to find out he never even ordered it. At this point our lenders have found a new lawyer to represent both us and our seller, who already had the title search ordered on rush with proof of the order. We went into this process already nervous about John, because we have heard from numerous people that he was slow, and unresponsive, but I could have never imagined this. Save yourself the time he made us waste, and go with someone else if you're trying to close on your home!"
