She was very informed, always quick to respond to questions, professional, knowledgeable, and very courteous. On the day of the event, it was obvious what a well-prepared team we had that day. The staff were polite, courteous, and welcoming.  As a wedding and event planner, I've worked with many venues over the years and the team at the CCR is incomparable when it comes to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile.
