"Terrible quality and don’t respond after you pay. Claim they can’t find the pictures/videos of the issues after being texted and emailed, and continue to state they don’t understand the problem and haven’t received the pictures. Additionally, the countertop came in the wrong measurement, 3/4 of an inch deeper than what was ordered, it was installed perfectly in place because the width is accurate, but the extra amount hanging out impedes the refrigerator door from opening, and TOM has been so rude and dismissive, he says I should just pull the refrigerator out - which looks horrible- I should not have to find work arounds that are not ideal because of their mistakes. He also had the nerve to say uninstall the countertop and bring it to him. He never calls back."

"(2019 Review) TERRIBLE business overall. My dad who speaks Chinese went to buy a flooring at this location. He saw on display a Mahogany wood flooring. Therefore choose that one. When receiving it, the wood was a completely different color. We brought a total of 20 boxes which was roughly around 1000. We only opened one box out of the 12 we picked up. The other 11 were still sealed and closed. There were still 6 boxes in their possession that we not picked up. I went with my parents back to the store to demand a refund, they insisted it was the same color. They refused the refund and instead wanted a upcharge of 25% to take it back. It was stated on the receipt, however, my dad can't speak or read English. They didn't even let him know when he brought it.. While arguing with the man, he said "yeah we scammed you, what are you going to do" in Chinese to my mom. We were recording them and one of the men knocked my dad's phone on the floor. We even had to call the cops. We were unable to get any money back because it is a civil matter. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM. DO NOT GO HERE!!! (Edit to their response): It was never told to my father of the color difference. Nevertheless, it was irresponsible of your business to be touching other property and admitting of the scam. It was never told that it would be final sale."

"Great experience from beginning to end. When our contractor brought us here because he said they have the best prices, I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews but I’m glad we used them! I was able to find solid wood cabinets that came in a beautiful creamy-white color that was a custom option everywhere else I looked. Daniel was really patient with us, going through the plans multiple times to tweak it perfectly. He also was really helpful with some last minute changes! The person who came to measure caught a mistake we made when we measured with our contractor and delivery was fast and flexible! Would use them again."

"Read all the reviews after I made my purchase and to be honest I am a bit surprised because I had a great experience. Personally I worked with Daniel and he was extremely responsive, flexible, and super friendly. I got vinyl floors for my basement and it came out beautiful. Daniel would always give me options foptions for cheaper products medium level products and higher end products and he was never pushy for me to buy anything. I personally had a good experience and I would give them 5 stars."
