"My mother and I would give Mr.Balkin a zero if possible. She would be writing this but she doesn't use a cell phone or computer or even own one. He handled her bankruptcy over a two year period and never once returned any of her calls or messages, she had me try to call on her behalf and I think I heard from him once. We would get a letter to go to court, show up after finding a ride, sit there for two hours than have him come out and ask us what we were doing there? Never once did he call, leave a message or send a letter telling her she didn't have to appear. I will never send anyone to this office"
