"Its been a year plus on going case. He hasn't responded once to me, the office phone is always left off the hook to seem busy, gave two large amt money orders (fully paid for the court) in person to only receive a nasty letter saying I haven't sent in any amount of money. The worse I've ever had to deal with."

"Google has to start vetting NOW! Who is this Van fellow- never heard of him but... bet in a week or two I will be flooded with scam artists offering to "fix" my Google reviews! Same thing happened earlier- The "real" reviews on me by actual persons are favorable, then two reviews of persons I have no idea who they are but correspond with scam calls shortly thereafter. By the way- I am NOT in Buffalo so this latest scam artist did not even bother to get the right City. Imagine that! This only lessens the viability of google reviews"

"This joke of a man will ignore you through the entirety of your case. He’s literally just a public servant to pick up checks for his miserable life it would seem. His secretary is impossibly rude to handle if she’s even around anymore. Considering we moved to Buffalo five years ago. I’ve had multiple people be forced to use this waste of space as an attorney and had the same complaint or response to him as I am here. If you want even a slim chance of professionalism and/or in general help with your case... Avoid this man like the plague. I have others that plan on leaving their own reviews regarding this piece of ... you know the rest."

"Received repeated "ransomware calls" and after telling them no way & that I was reporting them, this posting by "Veneta Sydnor", which was referred to in the calls, was then placed by the crooks. There is no such client and the posting is a fraud. I put forward quality professional services and have done so for 38 years. Google has to screen postings somehow"

"I have NEVER experienced such rude, unprofessional behavior. Every time I tried to ask a question he would cut me off and tell me that I was wasting his time and he had a trial to prepare for. I have NEVER been spoken to in this manner by a supposedly professional. I do not recommend this attorney for anyone. He currently does work for the public defenders office in Onadouga Co. and does not represent his client's well at all. He is all about making a quick deal and if you don't make a quick deal he quickly writes you off and does not want to help you and treat you in a degrading manner. Not only was I appalled and totally disrespected by his actions but even more upset when I offered to call him back and he again stated he didn't want to talk to me because I was wasting his time. Out of all the attorney's I have ever dealt with or encountered (I am a current law student calling on behalf of a family member) I have never seen one conduct themselves in such an unprofessional manner. If you have any other choices I would recommend you go there before this man. I would give zero stars if possible."
