"Some stores have a great price, some. Not so much. Quite disturbed they have raised the price of coffee after so many years at the same price. They trained me on the price and now I will no longer support them."

"Came here this morning before got to job site in order to pick up some energy drinks. Had the unfortunate luck of dealing with a very rude salesman named tommy. When asked to get 2 ON nicotine strips I got overcharged almost double. I asked why the displayed in large letters is 2.34 and why I was charged over 4 dollars for one. He stated that he can’t do anything to change it, then he got an attitude when I stated he is supposed to sell things as advertised per FEDERAL law. He stated well actually I don’t need to sell anything to you and can ask you o leave. He then got a manager who tried to fix the issue but also had an attitude towards me her name was Kristen. Overall terrible experience with people who clearly don’t want to work there and are just collecting paychecks while being extremely rude to customers."

"This is not the worst Cumberland farms in the area but it is nowhere near the best. The store was fairly clean. I understand that the front end/cashiers Have regulars that go in that's fine however I asked for the bathroom key 10 times they couldn't find it it was laying on top of the counter. They did not have the women's key so had to use the men's room that was disgusting I changed my mind. I came back told them here's the key they were too busy I told them that you couldn't get into the women's room they were too busy. Cumberland farms coffee should always be the same across the board and it wasn't and I go to the Cumberland farms by my house everyday. When I left I stated that this was the worst Cumberland farms I was ever in a gentleman asked me why I told him and he came out shaking his head and he agreed. I don't understand I know there's your staff shortage and everything like that but you really need to take care of your customers other places are right around the corner. The Cumberland farms by my home up Central farther by Jupiter is constantly clean everything's fresh bathrooms are clean just have to wash your hands from being sticky as which was the case there. The only thing is the new management I don't know what Cumberland farms is thinking but you guys need to take note"

"When this store first opened I would have given it a 5 star rating but now every time I go in there there's no salads, no sandwiches and the hot food has been left out last the expiration time. The pizza looks nasty and there's only 1 clerk working the register while everyone else is doing God knows what. I work 4pm -12 midnight so I stop here during the 3 o'clock and after 12am hours and it's the same. It's disappointing to see a favorite store going downhill like this."

"Tommy rocks! But one woman with long dark hair that I have seen several times working the day shift has an awful disposition and has been rude to me and other customers. Maybe she's just going through a tough time but you should leave your problems at home. However, a young man named Tommy is a perfect polite gentleman every time we come in the store. He goes above and beyond to help us. It is rare to find such exceptional customer service. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have gone back to the store after the way I was treated by the other employee. He deserves a promotion and a raise!"
