Fire Island Boatel Kismet

"Google should have 10 stars because Boatel deserves it! This little piece of paradise on Kismet is just perfect. Sunset views, beautiful rooms, and amazing service. Dan was there for anything we needed. We will def be back in 2024!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Boatel. Extremely clean, the bathroom was spotless, and the kitchenette was great and had everything we needed to enjoy our meals either on our deck or at the dinette table in our room. Pretty furnishings and decor. Very comfortable, wonderful view outside our window. The deck right outside our room offered the most gorgeous views of the bay, the lighthouse, the lights in the distance. The grounds are beautifully maintained and you can grill, take outdoor showers, do a load of laundry and grab a bucket of ice and have a cocktail on your deck while your clothes are on the spin cycle! What could be better? Dan, the property manager, couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. When we arrived he showed us to our room and told us to text him if we had any questions. We did text one day and he got back to us right away. He’s lovely and reachable if needed! Thanks to Dan and his staff for a great stay. The Boatel is a terrific place and we will definitely be back!"

"Kismet is paradise on Long Island. Boatel is a perfect place to enjoy Kismet, Fire Island. The newly renovated room was totally suited to relax, even provides beach chairs and an umbrella. That's one of the great experiences of our accommodation. It's location, right off the ferry, is bay front. Beautiful sunsets every night. Just a short walk to the best ocean beach. The room was perfect. It has a nice fully equipped kitchenette, great for my early morning coffee on the outdoor deck outside my room. I loved the landscaped walk to the water spigot to rinse off the sand. Nice outdoor showers, and even a washer and dryer. Right outside its gate is a couple of restaurants, bars and general store. We will definitely be back."

"This place was amazing. From the bay front location to the private beach. From the super comfy front porch to the beautiful and comfortable furnishings. All top notch. Dan the property manager was amazing and available to answer questions at any time. Ed the owner was a perfect gentleman and we wish all involved with this place nothing but the best. The room was dynamite and spacious. Decorated wonderfully and had everything we needed and more for an awesome 4 day weekend."

"My family had the best weekend at the Fire Island Boatel. The location was incredibly convenient, steps from the ferry. The room was impeccably clean. We woke up every morning to breathtaking views of the bay and went to sleep after watching the beautiful sunsets. The ocean beach was a short walk away, and we had everything we needed for a great beach set up from the Boatel (towels, beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a wagon to carry it there). It's amazing to think this place is only miles from NYC, when it feels like a true vacation. Dan, who worked at the Boatel, was incredibly responsive and helpful, greeting us when we arrived and even mailing us forgotten items after our stay. We can't wait to return!"
