"Attorney Michelle Nobile was my real estate attorney for the sale of my house. She was outstanding in the process: she reviewed the contract with me, prepared all of the documents, and successfully and quickly got my closing done. During the sale of my house, Attorney Nobile went above and beyond what I expected of a real estate attorney. Due to an unfortunate situation, I needed a power of attorney for the closing and I was so surprised that she was able to prepare that for me too. I learned that the unfortunate circumstances which led me to sell the house did not even have to happen. I agreed to let my ex-husband stay in the house on the condition that he pay the mortgage and then refinance, neither of which he did. Attorney Nobile explained that in my situation (no children) that if we did not agree on what to do with the house, a judge would most likely order the house to be sold!
