"I had the worst experience here...so bad that I really want to leave a zero rating if I can. I needed notary service and they messed up my schedule appointments not once but TWICE! I took time off work TWICE to be there to find out the person doing notary service is out for something else when there are appointments made?? No notifications when my appointments were canceled, no words of apology, nothing. I am not sure if UPS MALTA STORE understands the definition of customer service. Maybe not."

"I've been in and out of the Malta location a few times now having moved into the area September 1st and I'm extremely impressed with staff courtesy, attentiveness. I work around the region and have to pop in and out of UPS stores often, this location it was noticeable how friendly and professional the employees are."
