"This store has always been a GREAT UPS STORE! The service was very courteous, quick and EXCELLENT! Saturdays seem to be a problem! My first Saturday visit took 15 minutes of hit and miss sarcastic help?! I was there for the second time this past Saturday. I did not get my package mailed?!! The explanation for them not being able to help was a sheer lack of knowledge on their part…very frustrating!! This was another extended waste of my time! I have always gone there, during the week, and the staff was EXCELLENT!!!! Two second visit..easy and done!! I have bragged to others about what a great UPS store this one is?! Maybe some credible training on printing, procedures, and courtesy could help? As I read a few of these reviews, I know it’s not just me. This comment does NOT apply to the usual weekly staff! I hope they are still there so that I could get the same great service! I may try it again during the week?? My time is valuable too!!"

"I will not ever do business with the UPS Store on Western Avenue because there’s a lacking of customer service and business acumen! I was charged $314.00 for a mail box that has been revoked. While speaking with Waseem, the co-owner about the box renewal, a young Middle Eastern boy kept interjecting himself into our conversation. I told him to stop talking because we are two adults and don’t need his input in the conversation. I paid for the box and today at 3:31 PM my box rental was cancelled and the young Middle Eastern boy told me I was not going to get my money back. Stay tuned for the update. I am filing a complaint with the New York Attorney General’s Office of Consumer Affairs, the Better Business Bureau and posting this information on Google about their bad business practices! Waseem the new owners refused to give my money back but I got it back. This is an unethical business practice on behalf of the UPS store owner to take my money and not provide me the mailbox service and it was sanctioned by the UPS Corporation in Atlanta. Truth crushed to the earth will rise again, which justifies Carlyle in saying no lies can live forever. I did get my money back! Sadly, I wouldn’t do business with the new owners as they don’t have a moral compass."

"Always had excellent service, fast friendly staff. However, I was surprised about the review Cynthia wrote about the owner not giving her assistance with some heavy packages. Instead he just directed her to the available hand truck. Busy or not I would have expected him to help her, I think the other customers would not have a issue with that, actually they would have seen a good deed done. That's my 2 cents!"
