"Phenomenal service! I've been coming here once or twice a day for a week now because I'm in town for work and need a STUPID amount of copies every day, last-minute. The store staff is SO helpful, nice, and effective. Seriously, this has been the best print shop experience I've had (and unfortunately, I've had many...lackluster ones). UPS printing is more cost-effective than the other chain that prints and sells many (overpriced) office supplies. In the AM shift, the women who opens is the best! So helpful. And in the afternoon there were some guys who were great as well!"

"Be careful dropping off packages (Especially expensive items and electronics) at this location. They somehow always turn up “missing” or “lost”. This is the fourth time over the past couple years and most recently a couple weeks ago. They’ve done got 2 phones that were leased that I still currently pay for and laptop, the laptop being my most recent return. It’s like THEY KNOW. You drop your packages off and they never even update or leave this location. And act like a bunch dummies when you call. Bunch of damn thieves."

"Drove all the way here only to be told that their Wi-Fi is down and they can't ship anything. In the meantime, the entire store smelled of marijuana. Never going back"

"Last night, after having a terrible experience at the latham UPS location i had to rush to this UPS location to send out a ground ups package so it could get to the business i needed for it to get to early next week. when i got to this store which closes at 630pm and i arrived at 6:15pm this branch PREMATURELY closed all of their registers and could not help me. i was soo upset since i already had a bad experience at one location and because the employees here just wanted to sit around and do nothing for the last 15 mins i had to find A THIRD UPS location to send what i had to for my business. note to the manager of this store. make sure your employees are closing everything down when your ACTUALLY CLOSED. frustrating experience."

"This UPS Store is absolutely awesome. I went yesterday( I am a regular customer) to drop off some amazon packages. The service was great, the staff was patient and friendly even though the store totally was busy. I am a frequent customer just for the record the new staff is great, I was worried about the quality of service when I started seeing all new faces these passing months. But I am impressed...I also enjoy a good laugh along with good customer service when I come here."
