"The wonderful Ms. Christine of the Tonawanda city clerks office has got to be one of the rudest, unhelpful individuals I have ever met in a public position. This woman who would not give me her last name, for fear of me exposing her unprofessionalism, is someone that should clearly not be dealing with the public and definitely should not be dispensing information. She is curt, impatient and ill mannered. This is my first year in the city of Tonawanda and I have to say it has the most unwelcoming city officials I have ever had the displeasure of meeting."
