"I recently had an unfortunate experience at this hotel. After facing a flight cancellation, I arrived late at night and found that the hotel wouldn't accept my cards. Desperate for a place to rest, I managed to pay online. However, even with a confirmed payment, they refused to provide a room because it was 'out of hours', constantly justifying themselves with a 'there's nothing I can do' attitude. If there's one thing they could've done, it was to make an exception and provide a room that was already paid for. I cannot recommend this establishment based on this experience."
