"UPS store was so disorganized that they couldn't find my package, despite it being delivered there (email confirmation). There was a line, which I had waited in too, and instead of looking for my package, the man working the cash register told to come back later. I told him that I had confirmation my package was there, could you please check, and -- after searching for less than 60 seconds -- he said no. When I asked again (my package was literally there), he raised his voice at me and told me no, leave. By raised voice I mean actually yelling, incredibly disrespectful and dismissive. By his hostility towards me (young, female), I was scared for my physical safety. Great experience! TBD if I actually go back to get my package."
"This store is super money hungry. 1.00 to tape a box. The store on 7th Avenue NEVER acts like that. The guy behind the counter is rude. No customer service skill. They don’t even have a button on the pos for taping boxes"
"They need to work on their customer service. I called this location to ask about shipping supplies. Couldn't understand the rep. When I asked for clarification he raised his voice and then hung up."
"Went on 3/31 and the rep behind the counter refused to give me a UPS mailing envelope so I can take home to put my documents in. Would only give me a envelope if I was shipping right there and then. Won’t be returning back."
"I don't understand all the negative reviews. I come here almost daily to drop off UPS and do my Amazon returns, and they're always friendly and get the job done promptly. In fact, I walk past 2 UPS dropoffs that are much closer to me because those other 2 places are horrible. I've even used the notary here with no issues (just make sure you come between 2pm and 5pm, or you get charged an extra fee for the walk-in)."
