"The service is fast and simple, the people were friendly but i had a problem with a package, they opened it on the way, took out two personal and medicated items and delivered the box to the recipient with the incomplete contents. we filed the problem on the ups page and they did not respond in a humane manner but only refunded us 100 usd for the stolen content. terrible service."

"Amazing staff! Super efficient and friendly. Very good at their jobs and a staple for the community. Was waiting in line when an older lady came in looking for a mug she left behind. They couldn’t find the mug for her but the employee gave her his own YETI mug to replace the one she lost and absolutely made her day. Truly above and beyond."

"Absolutely appalling service. Rude beyond belief. Jackie (supposed to be the manager) hung up the phone on me. Refused to give me the owners name. I would steer clear. Their mistake is that I have a contact who’s the Senior VP for all of the UPS stores in the country. And I’ve already reached out to him. I’ve also let the auction house who recommended them know as well."

"I have visited this store a couple of times and most times very busy. I see this young lady there all the time. She is always so pleasant and helpful not just to myself but to others, top tier customer care in my opinion. Very patient with me as it doesn't matter how much I prepped to be organized with shipping out, when I get there I am unorganized with several items. Never once did she make me feel as if I was bothersome and took the time to assist with advice on packaging which would be cost efficient to me rather than trying to suggest I buy multiple boxes. I don't see this kind of service often anymore. With everything crazy going on in the world service as such is appreciated. I just had to ask her name. Thank you Jackie :)"
