"Every time we stay at Del Lago Casino and Resort I will make a late night run to this particular location and EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS HOT AND FRESH! It tastes like Wendys in the 90’s! The staff take pride in putting out a great product and it is MUCH APPRECIATED!"

"Food mediocre at Best. Overpriced. Last 18/20 visits the frosty machine is being cleaned. Like why else would anyone go to Wendy's if not for a frosty. And they always have it off. I just simply give up I won't go there anymore."

"Last 3 times we have been through the drive though the women taking orders has been rude, I stated what I wanted when I got to the window I corrected her on the drink and she told me I was lying and was upset I wanted an all natural lemonade, last week same person tried to hurry us through to pull ahead when we hadn’t gotten our drinks yet and we asked for the new frosty which isn’t listed outside and she said it’s on the menu if you looked. I understand this is fast food but the professionalism is lacking hardcore, I understand the job can be stressful but I’m going to avoid this location in the evening, I know what I ordered, I made sure to speak slowly and clearly and was polite when I asked for what I had ordered so the attitude was not called for!"

"Nothing worse than having a hot/ warm burger go cold waiting on fries, just for my large fries to barely be medium amount. All low cal drinks were not available at self serve. When I mentioned fries amount miss pink pigtails looked at me then waked off. Fries were hot at least. $15 and a waste of time and not value for that amount."

"If I could give this place zero stars I would. Stopped for lunch today before work and ordered two jr. bacon cheeseburgers and a Dave’s double sandwich and drink only and two sugar cookies. They had us pull up saying they were making it fresh. Both cheeseburgers were so cold that the cheese hadn’t even melted the only thing edible are the frozen cookie pucks you put on a cookie sheet and set a timer for!"
