"Pool permanently closed. Should be updated. Rooms weren't cleaned the entire time we stayed (thu-sun) even though wanted. Room had some issues but otherwise nice. Breakfast was great. Better than most and the gentleman was more than helpful."
"Very nice place to stay. Rooms were comfortable. Evening desk staff were courteous. Day desk staff seemed as though any inquiries bothered them and what they were doing. There are laundry facilities on site [it does not say this on their website]. Close to Target and other restaurants."
"Stayed here for one night to visit family. I had requested an early check in that morning via the Marriott app, but when we arrived at noon we were told the hotel was full last night so they didn’t have any available rooms ready. We hung out in the lobby with family while we waited, it was great. We got coffee and hot chocolate. We went out to lunch and then I called. The front desk person said he would touch base with the cleaning crew and call me back. We arrived shortly after and only had to wait 10 more minutes. So we checked in at 3 instead of noon, but that was still an hour earlier than the normal time. Room was clean and the living room, although small(it was a smaller two bedroom) was able to accommodate 12 adults and two babies without feeling cramped. The room was quiet and dark at night and the breakfast in the morning was better than most free breakfasts."
"Couch is miserable and there's not an extra chair for seating. We booked a 2 bdrm 2 bath suite and were shocked there's only 4 plates. Beds are comfy. We still have a couple more nights and i think we will be plenty comfortable."
"Had a 2 bedroom king bed ADA suite for the Hot Tuna show in Kingston UPAC, it was very spacious and the beds were comfortable. Rooms were fairly clean with only minor dust in some areas. We had to wait until the room was finished before we could get in as maintenance needed to fix something. The couch / pullout bed in the living room was not very comfortable to sit on or sleep on. Great location if you’re going to a show at UPAC or planning to see the Woodstock area."
