"I was surprised to see anything but 5 stars? The entire staff was friendly and competent. They put me at ease from the moment I arrived and I felt the level of care was excellent. I guess some patients do not understand the possibility of unforeseen delays. From my experience people this obtuse are impossible to satisfy."

"Do not get anything done here. Nurses were nice. Taken in and put on a bed to wait an hour just to be seen by the doctor after being told i would be in and out within half an hour. Before being put under was told i will not remember the 30 min after waking up. When i did wake he immediately told me what he found 1x and gave me a very vague and generic packet on acid reflux with 6 different problems it could have been. Luckily after about 4 hours of trying to back trace what happened i remembered part of a word that helped me figure out witch of the 6 it was. 10 days later i get a call asking if i have questions. And then get told i need to get an appointment with him or another doctor if i want more than 2 questions "answered" (i had to ask for the basic findings because he didnt want to tell me what he found untill i asked) Just a reminder for patients you can ask to get a competent doctor if your unlucky enough to get one that doesnt care about their job or the peoples lives they put at risk."

"While the practice's physicians have good reputations, the staff and midlevel providers were incredibly unprofessional. When my partner had an acute issue, office staff continually confused it with a chronic issue, seemingly refusing to read notes from the emergency department. A nurse practitioner went so far as to say she was "too busy" to step out and take a brief phone call for urgent advice on how to proceed in treating the issue. When asked to be worked in to be seen for this issue, the best they could provide was 2 weeks out. Finally, after three days of repeated attempts to contact the providers and a complete lack of participation, the decision was made to leave the practice. When calling to inform the practice that she was transferring to a different GI office, the receptionist was extremely rude for the conversation, and when she was actually told that she was transferring out, she simply hung up the phone. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and unbecoming of a medical practice. I will never recommend this practice to anyone ever again."
