"Arrived this morning, with another person waiting to drop a return. The store was open but they couldn’t process our returns because they were “understaffed” even though returns take less than 30 seconds and no other customers were in the store??? The time they took to explain that they were too busy and couldn’t service they could’ve processed the returns…They told us to come back later in the day."

"These Amazon Fresh and Amazon Go stores just keep and keep impresding me! Every single time, I see something new, modern, futuristic... Such as a smart carts, or smart self check in in this store. Food was not bad, could be better, but it was ok. Enjoyed my time and mu meal overthere today, and learned something new :)"

"~ Interesting Customer Service ~ After buying some drinks and food, I sat down to eat. I threw out a plate of food onto the overflowing garbage. The woman that worked there asked me to stick my plate inside the empty garbage. Considering the different garbage categories, I thought the request was over-the-top. The micromanagement at this store is enough to make me find another place to dine. In addition, the woman that was cleaning even made a bold attempt to side trip me as I was walking back to the table for my drink. They have an interesting customer service. Be careful!"
