"Going into this store is a nightmare. Like most other Home Goods it’s stacked to the ceiling with amazing buys, and a great selection. But it is consistently and severely understaffed, there’s no one to ever ask a question available, and the wait to pay is just insane. The line this afternoon was wrapped around almost the whole store."

"Large store. Poorly merchandised. Items strewn all over the place. It’s Christmas time but that is no excuse. Have enough help on the floor. I feel it is poorly managed. Dangerous spill in one aisle, and two employees stood there chatting, walked away, and no one cleaned up. Approximately 12 registers but only five cashiers. With three extra employees standing behind the counter talking to one another. Stuff like this makes my head hurt."

"I was somewhat displeased with this location and ended up walking right out after browsing for only 15 minutes in the candle aisle. Almost everything on the shelves had been opened and rummaged through. I hope this location is prepared to provide its customers with discounted prices because I'm not sure anyone would want an opened, sprayed item, or a candle without its lid...at least, I wouldn't. It really isn't a good look if you're purpose is to gift someone a nice "smell good". Employees seemed a little disgruntled and annoyed; maybe it's because of the busy season; I'm not sure, but it definitely wasn't pleasant to see. However, they were absolutely working the floor and earning their money's worth. So, Kuddos to them!"

"Great store with some nice novelty pieces. Like their gourmet food items to their pretty lounge/bedding throws.Pretty large sized store, but slightly cramped Isles for people with carts."

"They have great merchandise and the location is convenient but their staffs are lacking manners and respect. They seem to always be in a bad mood no matter the time of the day you’re there. I would rather drive a little further and go to a different location."
