"This review is for the furniture outlet store, where the staff are really sub-par. I would say they sound like "used car salesmen," but it's just as good to say "used mattress salesmen." They are unwilling to answer any questions about the merchandise they have in store, saying, "You have to come in" so that you can drive down there to see floor models (i.e., used mattresses) that they are often asking several thousand dollars for."

"I live in Alexandria, VA and recently shopped at the Bloomie's Outlet location in Potomac Mills, in Woodbridge, VA, where I found a Ralph Lauren sweater that I had been searching for but was sold out online. The sweater I found in the store was too big, and covered in makeup stains. I wasnt sure that they would come out and mentioned it to the cashier. She asked if i would like for her to try and find it and she located the item for me in Westbury, NY. I thanked her, but did not catch her name. Today, I called the Westbury location and reached Juan, who was happy to assist. I could tell they seemed busy, but he handled the call with aplomb, actually asking me if he could put me on hold before doing it. He then quickly found the item and shipped it to me making my purchase easy and effortless. I am truly impressed since I used to manage a Macy's location and I know how hard it is to get excellent, friendly service in today's hiring climate. HUGE shout out to Juan for being a nice person and a great employee! Kudos to Bloomie's for hiring good people and providing great service!"
