"A waste of time and gas. Their prices are RIDICULOUSLY overinflated. What constitutes charging $80.00 for icicle lights, or $200 for an inflatable Santa that is easily purchased from Amazon, Home Depot, or Lowe's for a fraction of the price. Not like they're made in the USA. All come from China. So, I didn't get anything from them, but I have from elsewhere."

"Purchased pre-lit tree 3 years ago we loved the tree Lights stopped working within 3 year warranty period. Filled a claim, didn’t hear anything for 8 months. Finally got a call from harrows that they had a box for me. Picked up box the sent me enough lights to rewrite the entire tree. It would probably take me 100 hours to remove all the lights and rewire the entire tree. Horrible warranty they should have replaced the tree. Would never recommend Harrows again. The tree is garbage after 2 years. No customer service what so ever. I am not happy"

And I was pleasantly surprised by such great customer service. The salesman was very helpful and patient. He even remembered me when I came back a few weeks later to make my purchase.
