Al - answered our questions and went above and beyond to capture the sale. Were it not for our dealing with Al - in Carle Place I don’t know that we would have purchased the set."

"I bought a bed that broke less than three months later. I was sitting in bed with my boy friend when the bed collapsed. I was inches away from slamming my head on my hardwood floors. My boy friend had to literally pull me up and out of the scene. The structure of the bed couldn’t even hold a toddler. The quality of the furniture is beyond awful. I am a nurse and I have been sleeping on the couch for the last month and a half. I don’t know what’s worse the quality of the furniture the furniture or the customer service. I’ve heard absolutely nothing back from Jennifer despite calling frequently. I would never recommend this store. Nor will I ever shop from this store again. If I could rate this place 0/5 stars I would."
