"Prices on the shelf never matches on the register. The night manager does not have customer service skills. The cashier charged me for 2 items instead of 1. I noticed it when I got home and looked at the receipt. I went the next day for a refund, but instead I wanted to purchase a Tropicana juice that was the same amount as my refund amount. The manager made me wait there for 20 minutes while he looks through the camera. Mind you, the cashier that rang me up was there and recognized me. He still made me wait. When he finally sees me on the camera, he says ok. He asked if I wanted to buy the juice, I said yes. He charged me an additional 15 cents for tax. My thing is, you have the audacity to charge me an additional 15 cents, when it was the cashiers error and you made me wait 20 minutes. I will never go there again!!!"
"This place has any and everything you need, great place to go food shopping for the house, and very economical !!! Best prices in town"
"Prices are pretty good, nice variety & ppl are very nice. Sunday hours aren't that great since they close at 6 pm. That's a bit early, since most ppl work during the week & even on Saturdays."
"The people are nice enough - sure, most of the associates are a little quiet, but that's just cause they got their guard up (like most humans). Once it's down...nice enough. The place is cool: they got all the flavors of almond milk and a vast variety of fruit juices. I like it...I don't live in this state, but for the two weeks I'll be up here, I know I'll be visiting this place quite a bit while I'm here."
"In all fairness, I could have given them three stars because of it's location, surface cleanliness and appearance, but of course, looks are deceiving. There were plenty of times, they've tried selling the community rotten produce and I have the pictures to prove it. Not only do they sell produce way passed their expiration, we can also count in the regular groceries. Though this should not be a shock to those who live in the minority neighborhoods, I think the time has come that we say enough is enough. For the past few weeks, I've noticed that the deli counter has been shutting down earlier than the posted hours, which is 7 am - 8:00 pm Monday through Saturday. The store closes at 9 pm. On Sundays the deli closes at 4:30 pm and the store closes at 6 pm. Each time I go in there, they are closing down 15 minutes before their posted time. Yesterday, I went in there at 7:40 pm to order from the deli counter and the lights were off, the machines were sparkling clean and Not one living soul was back there, I swear I heard crickets. So this means that they shut this thing down at least 20 minutes before I got there. When I asked them why do they keep doing this, their excuse was "Oh, they have to clean," really dude? Then why not post that the deli will close at 7 pm instead of 8 pm and from prior observation, it does not take them an entire hour to clean up that area. Associated, stop treating the minority neighborhoods like this because some of us aren't passive and tolerant. We will call you on your crap and do like the Anglo folks, and complain until you get your business together, in our neighborhood."
