"NO WATER PRESSURE FOR A SHOWER!!!! It took me an hour to wash the soap off, absolutely ridiculous. The shower is barely any room to walk with the toilet in the way…The room is small and a weird design. Listen the garden city hotel is $80 more GO THERE!!!!!"
"We asked for 2 cribs and both were ready when we checked into the room. If you have young kids, you would know this would be pretty rare sight (I had several hotels who did not want to give 2 cribs due to nonsense reason before choosing this hotel) and everything was beyond expectations, including kind staff, 24 hr gym and great-quality complimentary breakfast! Would def come again when I visit NYC and LI"
"We stayed here for one night to go to a show in the area. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the hotel was in a great location. The room and hotel was very clean, though a bit dated. The hotel seems to be in need of a renovation, but aside from that, it was a great place for a quick stay."
"Great location. We have stayed here several times in the last 18 months. That said, the rooms need updating. On our last visit a week ago we discovered mold growing out of the ceiling. The room was on the top floor of the hotel. We always pay the higher rate to stay on the 6th floor. We informed the staff at the front desk, she wrote it down but did not offer to switch our room. On a previous visit we requested tea bags at the front desk since they did not provide any in our room that day. We were charged for tea bags on our bill for our stay. They provide free tea bags at breakfast. I mentioned this to the front desk at check in and did not get any response. Prior to that visit we were charged $10 for parking. Needless to say we are not happy and will not be returning."
"Another great Hyatt experience. The rooms are in good condition, everything was very clean. Staff was pleasant to deal with. Great location, it's close to the highway and within walking distance of LIRR. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."
