"Let me preface by shouting out to Omar, Ivan, Rich & the maintenance team! They are the best. For over one year - my wife and I did not have functioning air conditioning in our apartment. No rent concessions were given. I would say this place is on a steady decline since Vincent Luther left the leasing office. First off, why is the leasing office closed on Monday? So random. The community does not feel safe at all. Cops frequent the neighborhood and there are always disturbances here. The walls are thin and you can hear the people in the apartments next door. To top it all off - they told me that there were additional damages incurred upon moving out and no one could provide me with any photos to prove it. The local leasing office directed me to the national office which is a complete joke. We ended up having to pay a lot of money out of pocket because we did not feel it would be worth it to hire a lawyer to fight. What a headache. I got duped by this community. Avoid at all costs."

"I would like to thank Janice Chan the leasing agent for helping me lease a new apartment at Avalon. At the last minute I decided I needed to stay at the Garden City complex ( literally the movers were on site); Janice was so kind , professional and efficient in helping me secure an apartment at the very last minute; she was so helpful with all the online paperwork and forms… I can not thank her enough. Without Janice I’m sure I would not be comfortably situated at Avalon.. Thank you thank you!!"

"After what some may call a very trying period experiencing a total loss on a house fire, the stressful process of trying to search and secure a temporary residence to shelter us during the re-building process began. Then, I decided to just check out the Avalon Garden City and what a miracle that what I was searching for my needs was right there. But, though the process of leasing in my situation was complicated, the professionalism, and effort on the part of the Avalon, especially Vincent Luther - a treasurer and wonderful consultant and person to work with, not to mention patient - with us especially given my anxiety level at that point , was just unforgettable and more appreciated than I can adequately express. It is a true miracle that after the fire we able to settle in to a calm and peaceful lifestyle, and be treated so wonderfully and with such a warm welcoming. This type of kindness will never be forgotten. The professionalism, in addition to the effort on their part to work with my insurance team, was what made this all happen for us and be so greatly appreciated.
