"Was very disappointed with the way my deer was cut up 2 packages of steak sliced with the grain. most of the other meat for steaks was sliced into cutlets so thin and also with the grain that I put into hamburg and made Jerky. What a waste I have had alot of deer cut up here by the former owner and it was always cut up the right way. Was not impressed. will not go back there again"

Got some deer processed - both regular and boneless cuts - and the quality for the price ($150-$170) is fantastic. Their sausages, like Italian and breakfast varieties, are flavorful and well-priced at $4.00/lb. Also tried their bear butchering service - it's unique and the pricing is fair based on size. The shop even offers a sweet touch with free chocolate, adding to the welcoming atmosphere. What really stood out was meeting one of the owners.
