"Good grocery store that suffers from being in Middletown. Staff is great. Grocery store is clean. Customers aggressive, especially in the parking lot. As is the rule in Middletown, park a little bit further away from the store to avoid dings and scrapes."

"The customer service was rude. The gentleman at the courtesy desk didn't want to help me. He acted like i was a bother. He clearly didn't want to help me. When I asked for a manager, he lied and said he was the manager until later on when the store manager had to be called. The store manager was great and very helpful. However, my overall experience before the store manager came over was horrible. My suggestion is that if you have a problem to just call the store manager right away because the gentleman at the courtesy counter is useless and rude. I would just like to say the store manager was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful."

"We shop here absolutely all the time. It’s good, quality food, fresh and reliable. The place is clean and well kept, the staff helpful and knowledgeable. It’s pretty much the only supermarket we use since moving here at the beginning of 2021. I tried a few others and was never impressed. Even the online ordering is great, the shoppers almost always pick out good stuff. A few times I got a less than stellar product. I called them and they ran a replacement out to me within an hour or so. Highly recommend!"
