"Horrible experience. I was rushed for sending my packages and was made fun of when I was concerned about them getting mixed up. I was the only one in line too so not sure what the hurry was. Some staff really need to get off their cell phones and show basic human decency at their jobs. I went home in tears because I felt humiliated and am now uncomfortable to go back. The young brunette girl is really rude and seems easily agitated. Disappointing because UPS has previously had polite staff before, not sure what happened here but I hope the situation gets better"

"The service here is incredible and the staff are always kind. Sam did a great job with my prints and shipping and when we ran into a minor issue the manager, Gracie, was very helpful and resolved the issue quickly. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends and family!!!"

"Dropped off a large print job on Wednesday and retrieved on Tuesday. Staff could not find the job, did not know what a "print job" was and had no idea what I was there for. Wanted to know who I spoke to, like that was going to assist the situation. After running around the area like a chicken without a head, finally found my order. Such incompetent help and will not return."

"The owners need to step in here. The way in which I was treated was very disheartening and disrespectful to say the least. Customer service and compassion was not to be found at this UPS in East Aurora. Although, I witnessed today, that I wasn't the only one experiencing these challenges. So I'm not totally off my rocker. I won't be returning... but soon, I'm not sure others will be either."
