"WORST Service at ANY store I’ve ever had. Store is set to open at 8:30 no one came until 9:05.No apologies from the associate named Nicholas no good morning to anyone. No explanation when I asked to confirm if his opening time was 830 or nine he simply said 830. A number of customers left and we’re all saying they would never go back to this place, And that it happens quite often. I wish that zero stars was an option."

"I lost my tracking number and was so desperate to find a package that I had sent and hadn’t been delivered! I was so worried and SURE that there would be nothing they could do, but I called and Brian worked so hard to find it for me and eventually did! Amazing customer service. My only complaint about the office is once when I went in there, the employees were not wearing masks"
