"We've been using this UPS Store for years and have never had an issue. We've shipped items here, bring our Amazon returns here and even have used the notary, always a smooth transaction. Parking is limited but there are more spots on the side by the laundromat, it's sometimes impossible to get a spot in front so I usually won't even bother trying and just park there."

"I frequently visit the UPS Store in Lockport and it's always a pleasant experience. I believe Im usually helped by Patrick and he goes above and beyond to give the customer a good experience. Update: I believe it's new staff but they're even better than before. Always quick to help and answer any questions. The store handles a ton of Amazon returns and is super busy but that is obviously not their fault. They do their best to get you in and out, which I appreciate."
