"I had good experiences with eye exam as well as the receptionist. But their Optical Manager. Her quote for a new pair of prescribed glasses is 2-3 times higher than others. She took a higher listing price than market (I use the fair mv not the cheapest one, I know they need to earn $, but reasonable), and did not count all my benefit from insurance. After her calculation, the final price of a frame is like a market price without any insurance. I am talking about a designer frame! I got a different designer frame with same selection of lenses about 1/3 price from other store. I know different brand may have different discount but they are in same level. Can you image the Optical Manager gives 3 times higher price?"

I was hesitant at first to do an eye dilation exam but Dr. Guy and the staff took the time to explain to me the importance of having one done with my exam. My prescription was a perfect match for what I needed. The staff was really friendly and rally pleasant.
