"Clean comfortable stay. You can tell this hotel is under really good management. It's and older hotel but it's up kept well. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast and location is prime. Less than 3 minutes from multiple fast food, restaurants, Wegmans and Walmart. Would have no problem staying here again."

"Generally good but... Shower plumbed backyards, couldn't get cold water from sink, swipe card key operated intermittently- and is that a faint smell of toilet overflow in the hallway? Gret beds, great pillows, quiet AC, excellent breakfast."

"The staff are the nicest people! Every single one that we came into contact with. The rooms are clean, roomy, it was quiet and the shower water pressure was wonderful! They do need more powerful fans in the bathroom but other than that we enjoyed our stay! Also, breakfast was good too."

"Just got a chance to complete the review. This quality inn really impressed me so much. This is the most memorable hotel I have ever stayed in my life. A group of us were going to Toronto for a Christian conference during Christmas 2022. However we were trapped in the area due to the worst storm in ten years in buffalo. We had to stay in the area for two nights. The whole time we were in this quality inn was pleasant. The staff here were amazing and so welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful front desk, breakfast was yummy. Really made us feel at home. We arrived in the evening on Friday 12/23. Derek was at the front desk, he was super friendly and welcoming. He let us stay in the breakfast area and enjoy hot beverages. One of our friends car was stuck in snow and was in danger. We lost connection with him. Derek called the sheriff in local county for us and finally our friend arrived safely in the hotel and united with his family. Derek went above and beyond to help us. We are really grateful for him. The next two days, we pretty much stayed in the hotel and joined our conference online at the comfort of the quality Inn. The breakfast lady greeted us and even brought us bottles of water. It really warms our heart for the little actions from the staff here. We left Sunday morning and this is one of the few times that i actually wanted to stay in a hotel longer. However, we still wanted to join our conference in person, so we left for Toronto. This was such a memorable trip and we are so blessed to find this quality inn.
