"Room was clean was the best part. Rooms are very outdated from 1980ish. The bed was very hard and old. Pillows were paper thin. It's a quiet place. For what they charge you can overlook some things."

"The manager was lovely and helped whenever we needed her. Honestly, other than the mini fridge needing a tray under it, I couldn't have asked for more for the price. Traveling with kids is hard, but my boys had a blast here."

"Never stay here no hot water and just avoid this place. State Police told me that they put ex inmates there because nobody else will take them. room is nice don't sit on toilet might hurt yourself because they don't do maintenance."

"Feel Like Stay with a friend. This place is dated, but the owner was very friendly. The room size is ok. Clean. Fair for this price. save. quiet. It is 7 minutes from Walmart and McDonald and 22 minutes from Letchworth State Park"

"I love this place! Angie is the sweetest manager of any hotel I've ever been to! She would give the shirt off her back, if she knew your worthy. She also has the best house keeper anyone could ask for. Her name is Jen, and she has grown to be one of my best friends and I have stayed there for a month. It's one of the best and greatest experiences of a lifetime to meet these amazing ladies. So, if you ever get the chance to stop in and meet these amazing ladies, please do so!!!!!!!! I promise you, you won't be disappointed!!!!"
