"I work for an elderly lady and she rents from here, been with rent a center for many years…. She originally signed her contract and they never told her that there was going to be benefit plus inside there. They just gave her a price and told her that she had to pay it when I explain to her about it she did not want to have the benefit plus so she called and I called and told Rent-A-Center that she did not want to pay for that so they took it out and told us that she was never paying for the benefit plus when we checked her statements, it was showing that she was being charged an extra charge on top of her original payment, she tried to get her money back and they kept coming up with excuses and not being able to help her. She’s been lied to by not only the manager, but the district manager been told different things I mean come on just give the lady her money back….. I would not recommend this place to anyone they just like to steal your money. If you don’t have money for something, save your money and then purchase it, don’t waste it here.."
"They took my money without authorization and then lied about giving a refund worst experience wouldn’t recommend to my dog. I had to call back six times because they kept hanging up on me"
