"Front desk services were very poor and couldn’t find my reservation. Breakfast was very poor. Pool was amazing and very clean, Maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. Did notice some dead bugs in my room that happened to look like Bed Bugs so I would be careful with keeping valuables in room or luggage open. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is descent, most staffs are friendly. Had a good experience with a front desk lady (she pregnant, bless her) but then a very unpleasant experience with another of the front desk. Told her my room card doesn't work. She doubt me and ask if i have put it with my cellphone. I said no. She re-scanned my card. I told her my wife already did the same thing (rescan) with the other staff. She didn't believe me. I asked her nicely "would it work?" And she replied impatiently "why wouldn't it if I re scanned it". Turned out it didn't work. I opened my room with the other key card for my family and went to her again. First thing she said was "I saw you opened your room", I told her I used my other room card. And then she just repeated that I opened my room, still not believing that the card was faulted. Why is it so hard to just trust your customer that one card is faulted? What's so difficult that prevents you from just changing to a new card? I took the card from the table, said you can come with me and try it. She then plays the victim card and says I am being rude and she is not coming upstairs with me, implying I am rude and threatening. Good try gaslighting. Meanwhile she is the one putting up an unhappy face the whole time, no greeting, ignoring me when I tried to small talk and loosen the tension, just a very unhappy employee lash out on a confused and upset customer. Being in the US for over 10 years and worst hotel front desk encountered so far. Hope there is no new low."

"At first glance this looked like a four or five star review, but it missed on so many details. Very friendly and pleasant staff, nice decor and amenities, good breakfast. But *thin* walls and floors, a rather lower class and therefore loud clientele, really ruined the value for us. Many of the construction and maintenance details also became apparent over a few days. If you don't mind noise this is a nice hotel. For peace and quiet better look again."

"Great hotel. Clean and modern. Excellent staff that are friendly and efficient. This hotel is much better than your average hotel. Free breakfast for guests. Fresh coffee 24/7 and hot soup served at the end of the day. Highly recomend this hotel."

"We enjoyed our stay overall, but the room was not clean. Lift the toilet seat (disgusting)and close the bathroom door and look at the inside of the door. We cleaned things ourselves with sanitary wipes. I didn't have housekeeping clean because I've had too many items taken over the years by housekeeping at various motels. Details make the difference."
