It is beautiful, well-maintained, inviting , and a great place to relax, as the setting and surrounding grounds are gorgeous. The breakfast was fabulous as well. This is one bed and breakfast you must not miss...Go, you will LOVE everything about it!!!"

"This was by far the best experience we've had. The attention to detail is outstanding and it is clear that Dawn and Ray truly care about their guests. The house and grounds are meticulous. Every part of it is inviting. It's hard to list them all but here are a few great things..I was asked ahead of time if we had any food allergies..my breakfast was perfectly compliant..that means a lot! The room was bright and cheery, and when I saw the sun porch I believe I gasped, right before I sat on the Adirondack chair and gazed at the beautiful backyard. Pillows for your back, blankets for your lap, tea, coffee, anything you may need or want is right there. We considered not going out for dinner because it was so comfortable right there. When we did get back from dinner, we walked around and sat by the pond and watched the frogs scamper on lily pads! That is before we went inside where I cozied up and read a book. As you can tell, I can't say enough good things about the place Dawn and Ray have created. We had a wonderful conversation with Ray at breakfast and assured him that we will be back!❤️"

"We loved our stay at Hanover Hideaway. Ray and Dawn were great hosts, even preparing a gluten free breakfast at my wife’s request. Our room was spotless, well appointed and easy to access. Lake Erie is a short drive and the countryside is pretty as well. We would return whenever the opportunity arose. Highly recommended!"

"We had an absolutely amazing stay! They thought of every detail from makeup towels, to sound machines in the rooms, to a variety of tea and coffee flavors that you can get at anytime, to blankets that you can use if sitting on the porch, and the list goes on. Every morning we had a delicious breakfast. The rooms were clean and cozy. Both the land and the house were absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the lake room with an attached sunroom and enjoyed spending the evenings relaxing in the sunroom. They had a wide variety of board games and lawn games you could play. They also would make a fire for you in the evenings if interested. The owners were very accommodating and kind. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"Pleasantly decorated, immaculate accommodations with fantastic breakfast served by hostess! We stayed in the Lake room with an attached sunroom which added to the ambience of the theme. The home has a large family room and beautiful sitting area to relax, read or play one of the many games provided. Also has outdoor seating on the front porch or the back patio. Conveniently located to Lake Erie and to the many area wineries. We had a very memorable stay and hope to return again. Dawn and Ray are wonderful hosts with exceptional attention to detail."
