I had a radiator leaked two yrs ago and my sons beds were ruined and I went there the next day and told them I needed beds ASAP and no lie gave them my$ same day they came even though the boss said they had other deliveries the drivers said but boss her kids can't be on the floor And they came same day it was the humility and compassion most for me"

"I never had a problem with this place at all, but recently I purchased a mattress and specifically asked for a foam mattress. Instead, I received one that was extremely hard and felt as if it had wood inside. I called the owner and gave him my concern and was told he would give me a call; it's been over a month, and when I decided to call, he was a bit rude and began making excuses. The workers are extremely rude, and instead of using a dollie to move the furniture, they decided they were capable of carrying it themselves. It was raining the day of the delivery, and instead of covering the item, they allowed it to get wet. Before you remove any plastic or take it out of its original box, make sure you inspect it; otherwise, they won't take it back even though the mistake was theirs."

"Do not get your furniture from here. Unless you are local and want to avoid delivery fees from somewhere else. Completely unprofessional. About 3 years ago I bought furniture that didn't last at all. Dressers broke down within days. And eventually tossed out all of the furniture. this year I needed everything from kids bedroom, livingroom, kitchen and etc... it's been months and they won't deliver my table for nothing. And I remember 3 years ago it took months as well just to get my sectional. They don't care about customer satisfaction at all. Not only that but the delivery man was so not sober. He didn't add all of the pieces to my kids bunk bed which could have hurt my 2 year old until weeks later he drilled them on, and he had an attitude. Thank goodness I used Bob's this time for half of my furniture atleast with their white glove service they take the heavy boxes out. These men left the trash everywhere and myself, my 7 year old and 2 year old struggled moving the boxes out and my baby's hand was slammed in the door in my lobby trying to move these boxes alone eventually my neigh came and helped. It's just not worth it to me at all. Bob's are really great. With everything. Would've gave it 0 starts if I could."

"The owner is a wonderful person to talk to and do business with the owner is very professional and a very nice guy, But his delivery people are a bunch of unprofessional pig's. They made a delivery to my house. And littered my house with styrofoam. As They took the garbage with them they littered the hallway with the trash. When asked to please clean up the mess in the hallway they ignored us.My wife had to sweep up the mess, We were going to buy a dining room and the bedroom set from this place. But because of the delivery staff we went elsewhere, the owner needs to get rid of his delivery personnel. The delivery people are a bunch of very unprofessional pigs. There very bad for his business,"
