"Avoid this store if you can, the employees here use very scummy sales tactics in order to get you to purchase expensive mattresses which may not be what you’re looking for. They also have a very shady return policy which I had to hound the manager for several months. Worst furniture shopping experience of my life. If you need to shop here, go in with family members to help you second guess your choices and not be subject to pressure by the salesmen. The people here are nice at first but can be very rude and condescending if you have any future problems or wish to make returns."

"It was my first time purchasing a mattress for myself & I stopped by this location to look around. I was approached by Tara; she was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient with me. She made sure I felt comfortable with my decision by showing me the variety of mattresses they offered on top of taking the time to explain the functionalities of each mattress. Just because she displayed her attentiveness and patience, I truly appreciate her work ethic and professionalism. There were many good options but there was one that I fell in love with when Tara showed me. Tara had guided me through the entire experience from start to finish. "I needed a mattress badly, my old one was causing me aches. As soon as I walked in Tara greeted me, I was so desperate to find a new mattress I just started telling Tara my needs. She asked questions about how I sleep and whats I’m comfortable with.. of course I have no clue what kind of mattress I need but Tara asked the right questions and showed Me two different type of mattress. The first one was the type I googled and thought I needed, she told me I wouldn’t like it and she Was sooo right. The mattress that she recommended was perfect, I literally threw my wallet at her. Aside from her amazing personality, I’m pretty sure I laughed the whole time, she is very knowledgeable!!!! She was able to help me find the perfect mattress in my price point. Can you believe I had fun buying a mattress? Me either but it’s true lol."

"I had such a great experience when I bought my new mattress and platform at the QB location! I especially loved Tara, who was super friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. I got hit with vertigo as I tried the mattresses but Tara was so patient and kind while I dealt with the dizziness. I had to leave the Middle Village location (1st visit) because of the vertigo but went back to the QB location, looking specifically for Tara to help me. That’s how much I liked her! She helped me pick out a great mattress. I’m really happy with it, so far! Shout out to Peter (manager) who was also so helpful and friendly! And the delivery was quick and efficient.
