"I'm writing this review for one reason: to let people know Long's carries horsehair beds! I had searched and searched for a 100% zero-plastic bed in the USA that was not as expensive as the Scandinavian kind and ended up going to the UK to buy and import one, later to find out that Long's has carried Relyon (pronounced like "rely-un") all this time. So, for whoever is searching for a horsehair bed with no plastics, buy a Relyon! You won't be disappointed. (I ended up with the Emperor model, which I did not see on Long's website.) Since Roger of British Beds Worldwide has retired, it's good to know where to complete our bedroom furnishing when we are finished with home renovations. Maybe I'll add a star!"

"Buying a bed at Long's Bedding is a wonderful experience that makes a typically stressful situation much easier and more pleasant. The sales team is extremely knowledgable but very laid back, patient, and relaxed while helping you. They do not work on commission so there is a commitment to simply getting you the best possible bed within your price range. Long's has been a family business since 1911, and you really get the sense of this when shopping there. My sales person let me lay on the bed for at least 15 minutes while discussing options. They have an excellent range of beautiful, quality beds ranging in price point and they don't make you feel badly if you are looking for a bed within a certain budget. Terri, the owner is extremely patient and kind as are members of her sales team. After buying a bed at Long's, I will never shop at a typical mattress store again!"

We stumbled upon this place while looking for mattresses and it was a refreshing experience being helped by people that really knew their stuff, not just some salesmen trying to get a sale. They were patient, flexible, and made it a positive experience. They had a great selection of beds and answered all of our questions, making delivery very easy as well. Highly recommend."

"It is not often to have a pleasant mattress shopping experience which include multiple online bed in a box options. I gave Long's bedding a shot as I've heard great things through peers, and I am definitely glad I did. I am quite new to purchasing mattresses on my own so I visited several times and tried several beds based on their recommendations. On all my visits, Ethan and Terri have been very informative, welcoming and never pressured me into buying something to make a sale. It's been about 6 months since my purchase, and I can say I am extremely happy with the purchase of my bed from their recommendations. "In this world of chain stores, it is so nice to know that a family owned business like Long's Bedding and Interiors is still here. Long's is a bedding/interiors store that treats customers respectfully, and with appreciation. I especially like the fact that whoever answers the phone, whether it is Terri, Bob, Judie, or other employees, I know that I will be given accurate information. I also appreciate that Long's is extremely customer oriented, and whether I needed a bed, a pillow or just a question answered, Long's is always there for me. If you need bedding or related accessories, look no further than Long's; and if you are not in NYC, Long's can still provide you with great products. Long's...great people who run a great store."
