"Great store. Please keep in mind the store is small and the selection reflects the retail space. Employees are helpful enough to guide you to where you need to go, and get you on your way. They are very professional. The only issue is that customers are rude and impolite, demanding that the employees move heaven and earth for stuff out of their control, or not asking the employees at all and complaining that they're not helpful and leaving bad reviews here as a result. TL;DR: Great annex-type store, great employees, great service."

"Another good customer service experience: So I returned to Target in the hopes of procuring a new wallet. Was surprised at the extremely limited selection (there were only 2 options)--especially given its proximity to NYU. Anyway, I bought one--one of those magnetic backed card holders that is supposed to attach to one's phone-- hoping it would work. Sadly, it was a no go. HOWEVER, Ian was awesome with the no hassle return even though I had damaged the box a bit in opening it. Thus, the slight disappointment over the lack of inventory was certainly mitigated by the good customer service."

"Had occasion to visit this Target to get my dog some dog food. Sha, the young man who assisted us, was awesome and provided STELLAR customer service. He went above and beyond after checking the back to see if there was any more of a low stocked item, by bringing me a cart to carry my things in. Just awesome!"

"It's a tiny Target store but this might be the most unique Target store anywhere. The architecture is beautiful with brick and cast iron detailing. These mini Targets all over Manhattan remind me of a CVS drugstore but with better prices. It's mostly snacks, toiletries, cosmetics, and a few other random items. But it's worth just checking it out for the architecture."

"It’s target, you know it’s great ! This one is better because it’s completely new. Everything is clean and nice, I hope it stays like that ! Two floors, most of the things are downstairs. They sell beer and ice. There are self checkout cashiers. The location is great, just outside the subway and next to Soho."
