"DON'T BUY GLOSTER OUTDOOR FURNITURE- It is very expensive with very poor quality. I got my Gloster outdoor furniture this summer 2021 and the teak dining chairs are already destroyed. The company use cheap wood and didn't treat the wood to protect from rotten animals and neither told me that I needed to do that if they didn't treat the wood. I also bought covers from them to protect the furniture. I called Gloster quality control customer service and they didn't care. I sent pictures of the damage furniture and they didn't even bother to come to take a look to see it. They have employees all over NY and CT area and didn't care at all sending someone and also didn't do anything either for us. The company didn't offer to fix it or exchanged. Very poor customer service handling. Don't buy from them!!! There is plenty of expensive with beautiful design outdoor furniture company in the market with much better customer service and quality furniture."
