"Received couch and assembled ourselves. Not straightforward and no directions. Had to go on YouTube and couch must have evolved since video because the online instruction didn’t align with the couch delivered. Got it together after a couple hours and totally unimpressed. Three months later and it hasn’t improved. I thought the wrinkles would relax and go away on the face of the bases and thought the cushions would expand and fill out…but they haven’t and they are flat. Would highly recommend avoiding this couch. Way too expensive for the quality and look."

"With all the 5 star reviews, I was skeptical to purchase. I went to the showroom and Crystal showed me the couch, with all the features. What I loved the most was her honesty about some of the features that work for some but may not work for other. She wasn’t pushy at all to purchase, which sometimes can happen when you have a 1-1 experience. I bought the couch the same day after I left, with her help through email. I was moving to a new apartment and hadn’t seen the layout so when I moved, I panicked the space would be too small. I emailed Crystal to cancel, but she actually helped me come up with a layout that worked better for me so I could still have the couch of my dreams. After 8 weeks, my couch arrived and it is perfect. Super easy to set up on my own. Overall the whole experience was fantastic and the customer service alone has been well worth the money so far. I’m excited to see how the couch holds up but 2 days in and I’m loving it. Believe the hype!"

She is so incredible and talked us through everything from the fabric, to colors, to the inserts, to how the fabric works and so forth. She is absolutely incredible to work with and we ordered the couch! She also made us aware of the new color that had not posted yet online and we ended up switching our color which we are thrilled about!
