"I am writing this review to show my appreciation to the staff an ALI the manager for helping to resolved a matter with the furniture. I express to them that the furniture had some default with the dressers chest. He ask me to show him the pictures and along with a video that i produce to display to him. I was able to get my new furniture in 3 days and the delivery man were on point with the set up. My bed mattress is great now, i am able to get the proper rest now . Once again thank you . "I purchase a living room set that cost $1,100 and in 9 mouth of normal used (just three grown ups) the in side material got all saggy and flat. I but a $150.00 insurance, that will cover everything from top bottom. When i call the insurance company and explain, they said that that wasn't covered."
