"The Cottone family are absolute gentlemen. Professional and very helpful all steps of the way. We purchased a full overlay waypoint kitchen with fabricated stone tops and backsplash and received a great value. If you want full inset Candlelight is very well made and a great value for inset. We decided on Waypoint because of lead time and concerns with children damaging the exposed framing of the inset kitchen. As a real estate developer in the city, I oversaw every detail of project. The Cottone installers did a fantastic job and I’d strongly recommend them to anyone not necessarily experienced in designing kitchens or GC’ing their own job. Andrew led the design which came out great for the space and James the owner personally handled the field install and worked with me and to template my slabs and backsplashes exactly how I wanted them aligned. James also accommodated every small detail I requested from spraying my desired custom crown molding to match the cabinets. They also custom built me a matching hood insert enclosure matching the waypoint door profile as the stock waypoint hood did not fit my desired ventahood exhaust fan. They finished up by installing the subzero and hood into the opens perfectly. Cottone is already standing behind their product, as they immediately called in waypoint warranty for door replacements during install. James personally punchlist my house after it was completed as well. Most importantly they met a tight schedule to get my family moved in before Christmas as I asked them. Cottone really cares about their customers."
